Crime Watch Program-Rewind

A Crime Watch Program offers a small group of neighboring households the ability to share a protective concern within their community.  A Crime Watch Program is a defensive strategy rather than an offensive strategy.  This includes identifying the precise patterns of crime in that particular neighborhoods, then acting in conjunction with the Fishers Police Department to reduce ones own risk, as well as the risk of each neighbor.

Sand Creek Woods Subdivision has a Crime Watch Program already in place; however, we are in need of new volunteers to be Block Captains.  This commitment will take very little of your time and would benefit our neighborhood by keeping crime down.

Sgt. Randy McFarland will participate in an informational meeting being held on November 29^th at 7:00 p.m. at the home of Sue Calufetti, 10431 Sand Creek Blvd. (913-0428).  Please RSVP by Nov. 21^st, 2011.

Volunteer participation from neighbors is required for this program to be successful.
