Trash and recycling pickup now occurs every TUESDAY during the week. Place your trash and recycling containers curbside no earlier than 6pm the evening prior to pick up. Lights are Out
There are a couple of lamp post lights that are out. The electrician has been notified and we are working on having them replaced as soon as possible. Please use extra caution while driving and be careful if walking at night. Thank you for your patience.

KOI Problem
All of the KOI fish in the pond near Cedar and Sand Creek Boulevard have died. We are working to get this cleaned up as soon as possible. Extreme high and low temperatures to these sensitive fish is the most probable reason for this to have happened.
New Landscaping on North Entrance
The HOA recently used funds to improve the landscaping at our 121st Street (North) entrance in front of the pond. This including adding couple of islands with mulch and various bushes and trees.
