The board will present and discuss the proposed 2018 budget for approval from homeowners. We will also allow some time for further comments on what the community would like to see changed in the covenants. We want to hear from all of you about how we can make this neighborhood even better! We are in need of volunteers for various committees the board would like to see put in place. Please feel free to approach us before or after to let us know you’re interested.
Unlike years past we are unable to use space in City Hall for our meeting. We were told this is a temporary and we should be able to continue having meetings there in the future. For this meeting we will be using space kindly opened to us by Journey Lutheran Ministries. They are located directly east of us on 116th street. Simply make a left out of the neighborhood and take the second right.
