Your 2026 HOA Special Assessment Dues Statement was mailed 3/31/26 and should arrive sometime in the week following.

~Purpose of this Special Assessment~
Due to increased community expenses for irrigation repairs and pond maintenance, and to ensure we stay ahead of future upkeep needs, the community approved this $215 Special Assessment.
The 2026 Special Assessment Invoices ($215) are due by July 31,2026. A 25% late fee will be added to all payments received after August 1, 2026. Our required payment method is Zelle. Please refer to your Special Assessment Dues Statement that was mailed & emailed to you for specific Zelle instructions.
These funds will help us address critical needs within Sand Creek Woods, including improvements to our retention ponds and repairs to the irrigation system at the 121st Street entrance. These upgrades will protect property values, enhance our neighborhood appearance, and position us for future matching grants from the City of Fishers.
